Panoptica installation < Back

A speculative installation space exploring the future of data and surveillance capitalism, exhibited at the UT Visual Arts Center as part of the 2019 Design MFA show.

Panoptica is a satirical data agency inviting customers to submit themselves entirely to self-subjugating data capitalism in the name of personal freedom. The space consisted of a reception area, a console at which customers undergo a 'complicity audit', an induction video presentation, a customer website, and printed materials.
